We all have 24 hours in a day. For some people 24 hours is less and some people use 24 hours to handle the empire of millions.
The difference is that these peoples know the technique to manage their day or they work effectively. Productive means getting results from the quality work not quantity. It does not matter how much time you gave it the thing matter is quality of your time and efforts.
If you work more productively, your working hours will be reduced. In this article I share some methods which definately help you to became more productive.

  1. Good Quality of Sleep
This fact is proved by the science that our sleep quality highly affects our next day. Apart from the productivity, there are many benefits of deep sleep. People who take deep sleep, they do not have to face the problems like depression, anxiety, overthinking and hypertension.

  2. 80/20 Principle
The 80/20 principle also known as The Pareto Principle. The Pareto principle states that for many outcomes, roughly 80% of consequences come from 20% of causes. This principle helps you to know your MITs( Most important Tasks). It is like that if we study one day before the exam then only we study the important chapters from which most of the questions come.

  3. Invest your Energy Properly
By using 80/20 principles you will able to find out your MITs but only task does not matter. I already told productive means getting result from quality time and quality efforts. Some people feel more energetic during the morning and for some peoples other time is best. So you also have to find your best Time.
If we learn this fact from successful peoples then we came to know that they done their 80% works before noon. Because after noon pending works create pressure.
Here 80% works are their MITs where they have to put 20% efforts.
  4. Making Blueprint of Your Working
Abraham Lincoln famous Quote- If I had eight hours to chop Down a tree, I’D spend six hours sharpening my axe.
I hope you understand that sharpening my axe means making plans.
    Why you also need this?
Sometime it happen with us that we start a work and after sometime we stuck at a point and at that point we waste our maximum time to find a way. So it is better to plan earlier then just we have to implemented at and it is a very easiest thing to implement things. So focus more on your planning skills.
  5. Using Dead Time
During our day we have a lot of 2 minutes works like paying bills, checking emails and checking records. So I suggest to do this task in your dead times. Dead time means that time when you are free and waiting for someone/something for example when you are traveling or you are waiting for taxi or some other person. This habit save your lot of time and otherwise this task create pressures on you. And you will go on thinking all the day that something is pending.
  6. Take a Glance of your Day
Maybe it is weird to listen but if you review your day at night before sleep then the chances are increases that next day you perform better. And also you came to know that where you waste your most of time and energy and what you miss today to become more productive.
