How to Stop Procrastination?
Time is Money and you can say that Time is more precious than gold. Well both these two statement are incomplete. Because if time is money then everyone has equal money then why are some people making millions and billions where others are not able to do so.
The Value of time is only when you give attention to your times. We all have 86,400 second in a day but the valuable seconds are those in which you are focused.
Procrastination is like a disease which kills your time and productivity also. Our young generations are highly affected by procrastination.

1. Perfectionism
According to me Perfectionism means repeated hard work and experience. The problem with you is that from your first day you want to become perfect and because of this desire you procrastinate in your work because you are afraid about the results, you think about the quality of your work.
But remember Perfectness comes with practice. You can check this fact anywhere. You can check the first video of any youtuber and then the latest one, and you see a lot of difference. The chances are More that you like the latest video because with repeated hard work and time he learns how to make superb videos.
You can also read the first article of any writer and then the current one. Here also you like his latest article, because his latest article has more deep knowledge, deep thinking etc. He developed this skill by writing more and more articles.
2. Skipping Large task
Sometimes our brain feels lazy to do bigger tasks and then we start procrastinating. The best solution is to break your larger task into a number of small tasks and say to your brain that you have to do just this little task.
For Example- If you want to go for a jogging in the early morning and your mind and body feel laziness and tired, so the best solution is divide your work like (1) first is just wake up early in morning, (2) just wear shoes, (3) just go for a walk, (4) Walk for 1KM. In this way, divide your work and complete each little task and appreciate yourself when you finish each task, so you get Motivation to do another. In this way without overthinking you finish your bigger task easily.
3. Love the Work
You have to ask a Question to yourself- Are you procrastinating every time and in everything?
The Answer you Get is NO. Because you are not procrastinating when you are playing, when you are using social media and when you are doing time pass things, You are always ready to do these tasks and this makes your mindset an entertainment seeking mindset. And when your brain doesn’t find entertainment in your work then your brain starts procrastinating.
The Solution is
In Geeta Lord Krishna Said to Arjun, “ An intelligent person is one who can understand the difference between necessary and unnecessary work.
So learn this fact, entertainment is good but for a limit and do the work which is important for your life and career.
First find out what is important then love that work, because Sadhguru says that if you don’t love your work then why the hell you are doing that?
