Staying calm and happy in today’s stressful life has become a challenge. Today, along with the fast internet, life has also become so fast that no one has time to give himself. And not being able to give time to ourselves is the reason for our worries.

This is the reason that today people are being told the benefits of doing only Ten minutes of meditation because no one has time to meditate for 1 hour.

So in this article I will talk about this problem.

10 Habits that Help you to stay Calm Like a Monk

1. Walking

Walking helps clear your Mind. It offers you a different perspective. While walking, you look at nature, which can easily eliminate the tension going on in your mind.

Along with walking, you can also do some other things. Like walking barefoot on soil or grass, Talking positive things to yourself and Glad to see little kids playing. And if you have a pet, then go for a walk with it and play with it. And if you do this, then you will find that you are now feeling relaxed after walking.

2. Indulge in your Hobby

Take a day off to spend a whole day doing exactly what you want to do. Also sometimes postponing your work relaxes you the most, but remember don’t make it your habit to do it every time.

You can do your Hobby also. Research shows that people with hobbies are less likely to suffer from stress, low mood, and depression. Doing your Hobbies makes you feel happier and more relaxed. Along with this, it also improves your creativity.

Another effective way to do this is to take out at least 30 minutes every day for your hobby.

3. Revisit an Old Hobby

If you redo any of your old hobbies, then this is an effective way, because you will have new fun in doing this work.

You will be reminded of your old memories again, which will help to remove your focus from today’s tense atmosphere.

If you don’t have a hobby then make a Hobby. Your hobby is what you enjoy doing the most. So first find your Hobby.

4. Writing Journal

It helps you to clear your Mind from all gossip. And try to write on a clean page and with good writing. This thing will really calm your mind. And if you don’t have anything to write then you can write Gratitude.

If you make a Gratitude Journal and write something in it every day, it will give you positive vibes apart from calming your mind.

5. Spend Time with Friends

Spend time with friends and talk about old memories of your school and college. Talk about How you Enjoy those days. It will refresh your old memories which will make you very happy.

One thing you must have observed is that whenever you live with your friends, you forget all your tension.

6. Meaning of Life

Always remind yourself that this life is not for sorrow or worry, it should be lived sweetly.

Along with this, you also have to understand that the real reason for all our worries is our thinking, because we always find happiness in external things. Whereas happiness comes from within us.

7. Meditation

Research has proved that by doing meditation your mind is the most calm. I am not asking you to do meditation for only 10 minutes or 15 minutes, I want you to take out 1 hour every day for meditation. In the beginning, it will be difficult, so you should start small and gradually increase your meditation time.

8. Feeling of Love

The reason for all our worries is in which state of thinking we live. Most people live in an overthinking or negative state of thinking. And this is the cause of all the problems.

That’s why you try to stay in a positive state of thinking. And out of these positive states the most powerful state is the feeling of love.

And if you want to feel love then you have to understand the difference between love and attraction. Love is Spiritual.

And on a spiritual level nothing is near or far.

That’s the only difference between love and attraction. If you are attracted to something, then that thing will give you happiness only when you have it.

9. See the Sun Rising

You have to do this for the Next one Month. Try to wake up before Sun Rising and watch the sunrise. For the next month, you let the rays of the rising sun fall on your body. And after that you will be stunned to see the change in your life.

You will get a different positive energy.

And you feel Cheerful and Happiness for the whole day.

10. End your Day with a feeling of Satisfaction.
