How to get Deep Sleep

In this modern world or world of technology it is very complex to get a good and deep sleep. We continuously reduces the quality and quantity of sleep. The very first thing that you have to understand is that sleep is about quality not quantity. We are not aware about the importance of sleep. How much deep sleep is important for our body and brain.

So in this article I am going to discuss some methods to get Deep sleep and if you follow these methods definitely you will improve your sleep quality.

  • Pay attention to only informative things.

During the whole day we consume a lot of information and when we are in sleep our mind filter all these information and stored them into permanent memory and also remove the vulgar information. It consumes a lot of time and energy for brain to filter all these information. So during your consciousness pay attention to only informative things. Then it is easy for brain to filter it and after it our mind shift into deep sleep.

  • Sleep Cycle.

Sleep Cycle also help to get Deep sleep. Now you have to fixed your bed time and wake up Time and follow it regularly. Sometime it happens that we are lying on bed and we didn't fall in sleep. The reason behind this is that we don't have any sleeping schedule. So Fixed your sleeping schedule and follow it. And one more thing, don't go for power naps and caffeine after evening or in evening.

  • Blue lights and EMR.

Blue lights and EMR(Electro Magnetic radiation) affect our sleep quality. We use mobile phone/laptops that emits blue rays and EMR. Don't use these gadgets before sleeping time. Put these gadgets away from you approx one hour before sleeping time. If you have work with these gadgets then use night mode. And also switch off the bulb of your room, maintain the proper darkness. If you have a habit to keep the bulb on so wear sleeping mask.

  • Body posture.

Your posture during sleep also help you to get Deep sleep. We should sleep on the left side or straight. Keep your brain toward South Direction but if you are a student keep your brain toward East but never put in the direction of North or west.

  • Best utilisation of one hour before sleep.

As I already told that put your electronic gadgets away from yourself. During this time you go for reading or learning, but remember learn only the few things so it became easy for brain to refresh them and stored into permanent memory. I recommend you to read self-improvement articles so your brain properly analysis them. Remember brain focus more on that work which you done just before sleeping. 15 minutes before sleeping time keep your mind stable, don't allow the thoughts to came. These help you to get Deep and good quality sleep.

These are some methods and if you use these definitely you get good sleep. Also the benefits of deep sleeping is remain, so I will cover them in next article.
