In our previous article we discussed our normal brain state where our brain produces Beta Brainwaves.

Now here I discuss other states of the brain where our brain produces powerful Brainwaves. And all these states of Brain are related to the number of thoughts which are coming into our mind.

A little about Brain waves.

As we know Man is the epitome of the Universe. As in the universe everything produces some vibrations and frequency the same as our brain produces some vibrations and frequency. These vibrations are the brain waves.

Alpha brain waves

In alpha state our brain produces frequencies of 8–13 Hz. In this state the value of TPM(thought per minute) decreased to 30 and around 30k thoughts came into our brain which is half of the beta state.

And we know when we start controlling our thoughts, we start expanding the power of our brain. So here you understand how powerful the alpha state is as compared to the beta state.

Alpha state is the state from which our spiritual journey starts. In this state our focus and concentration increases and it brings amazing results in our work. And we became more productive.

Theta Brain waves

It is the 2nd last state of the meditation. In theta state our brain produce frequency of 4–8 Hz and the number of thoughts came in our mind decrease to 15 TPM. This state is so powerful that it is called the gateway of the subconscious mind. Affirmations used in this state directly add to our subconscious mind.

During flow state our brain enters into the theta state.

In my next article I talk about the flow state of Brain

Delta Brain waves

In this state our brain produces a frequency of 0.5–4 Hz. And the number of thoughts per minute decreases to 10.

When we are in Deep sleep, our mind produces delta brain waves. And a man who enters into the समाधि then his brain produces delta brain waves.

In Deep sleep we are unconscious to the world. But in समाधि we are conscious of our inner world.

Gamma Brain waves

These are called the Genius Brainwaves. Where we enter into the super-consciousness of this universe. super-consciousness means infinite intelligence. During deep concentration our both hemispheres of the brain start to synchronize, and when they synchronize more than our brain produces gamma waves. During this process energy shifts from our lower chakras to upper chakras and our brain reaches super-consciousness.

But remember one thing, all these stages are not as easy as written in this article. After a lot of hard work and patience of a year one can enter into these states. But if you keep trying and do meditation continuously you learn to live in an alpha state which is more powerful than the beta state which is our normal state.
